How to keep myself fit

I’m healthy because I stay healthy by sleeping well and eating a vegetable dish. First, I have a lot of spare time because I’m living alone now. However, I don’t go out because I don’t like noisiness. When I stay in my room, I feel sleepier and sleepier. I had fallen asleep easily when I relax in my room. I get asleep an average of 10 to 12 hours a day. Second, I like vegetables. I’m always careful to eat food with a well-balanced vegetable. An avocado is one of my favorite vegetables and I made an avocado salad last night.

 I saw Orison Break. it was so interesting movie.


Michael succeeds as a first-class building design architect. However, his older brother Lincoln was arrested because he was accused of killing the brother of the Vice President. He pleaded not guilty but, his death penalty was decided. Michael makes up his mind to enter the prison to help his older brother. So Michael commits a robbery on purpose to get into the prison.


     I can watch movies I like, but don’t watch too many dramas usually. However, I had wanted to watch this drama for some time because it has been recommended for my friends who love overseas dramas and I understood when I watched this drama. I wondered whether it was a drama or a criminal story at the begining. So I was surprised to watch this drama. As is expected, an owner of an IQ of 200 is different in their level of thinking. (Michael has an IQ of 200!!). He might think that he would go inside, and let’s start falling out together if we cannot help my brother from the outside. But the place is a prison. Anyone would think they cannot do such a thing!! But he does not fail for the common sense that a commoner will appear in a brain very first. So that a criminal record is felt to himself. Such a thing does not matter for him first of all. Because all saves his older brother. He carves the drawing for his older brother and hit in insulin. It is love. In Japan, the times when news spreads that to kill pro-brothers for few quarrels. Because it is drama I don’t say do it but, want to say follow it a little. A family is very important. I thought this drama was so very interesting, and want to watch more soon. I wanted to watch all of this drama series during the summer vacation.

Myself in 20 years after

     Hello. My name is Minori. I am 41 years old. I live in America now. I am very happy and appreciate the last 20 years ago.
I married a very wonderful person when I was 27 years old. My husband is a person who is older than me, and is very reliable. He is very kind and taller than me. I love him and I am loved by him. We were blessed with two children. We have one boy and one girl. My children are pretty like angels and are cheerful childs with innocence.

     My job is a full-time house wife. It seems to be easy, but it is difficult. I have to cook my family’s meals every day. And I have to wash my family’s clothes every day. And I must clean my house. Though I am weak in cleaning, I have to clean the house. But I think worth doing my job for the present.

     My cat Michel is a very old cat. She is sleeping all day. And she became a big cat. She became the beautiful cat when she got old. She became a friend who did not have to substitute for my children.

    My life is very happy and very wonderful. I live a happy life among my family. I appreciate my situation 20 years ago. 20 years ago I studied English harder every day. 20 years ago was weak in English study. However I went up English ability markedly because I did my best without giving it up.

     There is something I want to say to myself 20 years ago. It is to do more English study. Particulary, 20 years ago live a familiar life in the United States, and it is necessary to study English more and more.

     “Don’t stop believing”

     Will is a novice teacher of McKinley High School. He wants to counsel of glee. However, Glee was decline. So Will decided to collect a new staff. And he began to scout the talent. And the new fellow joined, it has been enlivened Glee active, his wife had been asked to change jobs to him. He was lost. Then, he listened to a song that sings by glee. The song is Don’t stop believin’. He decided to keep work teacher job.

     I had moved to watch this drama very much. I think it is good one.

     I recommend it for a languid people, a people who are over giving up something, a people who are lost in something, and a people who are depressed to something. I insist you to watch the drama.

     I got a spirit to watch this drama. I thought never give up everything, and work hard to not give up.

     There is that everyone is over resignation. Even if it is that myself have wanted to challenge. The person lacks give up the passion.

     In order to regain your vitality, it is very good idea that to watch the movies and dramas. It is a drama that following very fun.

They invited the elephants to a grand feast. The elephants ate…ate…and ate.

This story is about flying elephants, two gods, houses, peacocks, and banana trees. Once upon a time, elephants could fly. They flew everywhere. Sometimes, the gods flew on their backs. but elephants were very noisy. Trees and houses shook below them. So the gods took away their wings and gods gave it to peacocks and banana trees. The elephants were very angry. I thought it was his own fault it.

This story is about white zebras and baboons having nothing red bottoms. This story is very interesting. Zebra angry stingy monkey and kicked the monkey. In that time, the monkey reddened by the hips burn in fire and the zebra became striped charcoal stick to his body. Because I hate stingy, it was very interesting. I like such a good story. However, I think white zebra is just a white horse….

July 25th

     The day made me happy because my boyfriend came back to Kumamoto. He rarely gets a holiday because he works at a hospital but he can get holidays for a week.

     My boyfriend's name is Togo and he is 3 older than me. Now, he lived in Kochi for working. He is a doctor so he looks very busy everyday. He is a very romantic and eccentric person so his friends call him "Italy."

     He came back by hitchhike Kochi to Kumamoto.  He started off at 24th night from Kochi. he overtaken by the night, slept in the open. While side trip, he was able to get to Kumamoto at 25th midnight.
     We spended very nice time in Kumamoto. We visit the place that has full of memories. I went to his home and I met his mother for the fist time. I was nervous. His familiy was so kind me.
     After a week, he had gone to Kochi again. We promis to see again in September.
