How to keep myself fit


I’m healthy because I stay healthy by sleeping well and eating a vegetable dish. First, I have a lot of spare time because I’m living alone now. However, I don’t go out because I don’t like noisiness. When I stay in my room, I feel sleepier and sleepier. I had fallen asleep easily when I relax in my room. I get asleep an average of 10 to 12 hours a day. Second, I like vegetables. I’m always careful to eat food with a well-balanced vegetable. An avocado is one of my favorite vegetables and I made an avocado salad last night.
